Chocolate compound coatings are ideal for use in bakery and cake decorating applications, as they give your products the look and taste of chocolate couverture, without the need for tempering. Our range of milk chocolate compound coatings comes from Barry Callebaut and contains 2.5%-3% cocoa solids, for a delicious milk chocolate flavour and a glossy, hard finish. They’re perfect for dipping, drizzling, coating and enrobing your ice cream, bakery and chocolate products, and with their slightly higher melting point, they’ll stay looking great in your display counter for longer!
