With several options for real Belgian chocolate gelato bases, adding a range of ice cream and gelato products to your business couldn’t be simpler. Each complete gelato base contains everything you need to produce a batch of rich, creamy and delicious gelato, just add milk or water (depending on the specific base), churn, and you’re ready to delight your customers all summer long. 

Combine Callebaut’s ChocoBase mixes with your preferred grade of chocolate to create sumptuous real Belgian chocolate ice cream. You can even swap the chocolate for gianduja, and ripple through any caramel or nut paste, or other flavour product, and decorate however you prefer. Or, for an even simpler and equally delicious result, just add hot water to ChocoGelato Base mix!
