Strawberry and White Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • 640g Colac Strawberry Sundae Topping
  • 800g Callebaut White Chocolate Mousse Powder
  • 1 Litre of Milk or Dairy Alternative
  • 50g Strawberry Chocolate Curls (to decorate)
  • 200g Pink X-Large Pencils

Method

Perfect chocolate mousse couldn’t be simpler with Callebaut’s ready-made mousse powders! This recipe combines white chocolate mousse with strawberry sundae topping, jam-packed with chunks of real strawberry in a deliciously sweet and tart sauce. Sprinkle with strawberry chocolate curls for an elegant final touch. 

How to Make Strawberry and White Chocolate Mousse: 

  1. Combine 800g Callebaut white chocolate mousse powder with 1 litre of milk or dairy alternative, beat for 5 minutes and scoop into a piping bag
  2. Spoon Colac strawberry sundae topping into glass bottles or dishes 
  3. Pipe the white chocolate mousse on top of the sundae topping and refrigerate for approx. 6 hours or overnight 
  4. Before serving, decorate with strawberry chocolate curls and pink chocolate pencils
