Ingredients

  • 300ml Milk
  • 2 Shots of Espresso
  • 35g Van Houten White Chocolate Powder
  • Ice Cubes

Method

This creamy, frozen frappé is the perfect way to cool down on a hot day. Indulgent white chocolate meets perky espresso and blended ice for a satisfying mocha frappé that your customers will adore!

How to Make a White Chocolate Frappé:

  • Steam espresso 
  • Pour onto Van Houten White Chocolate Drink Powder and stir 
  • Add cold milk or dairy alternative 
  • Pour into blender with ice cubes and mix 
  • Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream and decorations
