Ruby Chocolate Latte

Ingredients

  • 2 Shots of Espresso
  • 35g Van Houten Ruby Chocolate Drink Powder
  • 200ml Oat Milk
  • 2 Drops of Vanilla Extract

Method

Ruby chocolate has a fruity, fresh taste all of its own, which really stands out when combined with coffee and oat milk. Add a splash of vanilla extract for sweetness, and don't forget the beetroot powder to give your latte a deep pink hue!

How to Make a Ruby Chocolate Latte:

  • Brew 2 espresso shots and pour onto Van Houten ruby chocolate powder, stir.
  • Add a splash of vanilla extract.
  • Steam oat milk and pour onto the chocolate mix.
  • Decorate!

Tip: add a scoop of beetroot powder to give your drink a vibrant pink look, as ruby chocolate can turn grey when combined with milk/cream, due to its natural colour properties.
