  • 200ml Milk (or Dairy-Free Alternative)
  • Ice Cubes
  • Whipped Cream

Method

This sweet and creamy Ruby chocolate milkshake recipe is perfect for those summer afternoons when you want a cold, refreshing drink that's also a delicious treat! For an extra dash of decadence, add a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!

How to Make a Ruby Chocolate Iced Cream:

  • Mix Van Houten ruby chocolate powder with a little hot water and stir
  • Pour milk over ice cubes in a tall glass
  • Pour ruby chocolate mix onto milk
  • Top with whipped cream and decorate!

Tip: add a scoop of beetroot powder to give your drink a vibrant pink look, as ruby chocolate can turn grey when left for more than 30 minutes, due to its natural colour properties.
