Ready-mixed cocoa butter colours from Mona Lisa Studio (formerly IBC) can be used with airbrush spray guns to decorate and colour your chocolate moulds. Or alternatively, by hand - painted or flicked directly into your moulds, or onto finished (tempered and still-wet) chocolate or patisserie.
