Our range of premium chocolate chips and chunks comes from Callebaut and Barry Callebaut. Including the classic Choffies and Washington Bits, as well as drops, chunks, and chocolate sticks for croissants and pains au chocolat. With white, milk and dark chocolate options, from 20-51% cocoa solids, plus vegan and bakestable chocolate drops and chunks, we’ve got all your baking and ice cream applications covered. 

When you’re baking cookies, muffins, brownies and cakes, you want your chocolate chips to hold their shape and texture. That’s where bakestable chocolate inclusions come in, simply filter by 'Suitable for' to find exactly what you need. Our bakestable range doesn’t just extend to chocolate, many of our fillings and flavourings can also stand the heat!
