Ingredients

  • 40 g pistachio paste
  • 4 cl Van Houten Ground Gold Chocolate ganache
  • 30 cl pomegranate juice
  • Clear ice stick or ice cubes

Travel back in time with this chocolate mocktail made with pistachio, pomegranate and gold chocolate ganache.

How to make Constantinopla

Ingredients 

  • 40 g pistachio paste
  • 4 cl Van Houten Ground Gold Chocolate ganache
  • 30 cl pomegranate juice
  • Clear ice stick or ice cubes

Method

  1. The day before: Melt the pistachio paste and the hot pomegranate juice together. Cool in the fridge overnight.
  2. Filter the mix through a paper filter.
  3. Pour the mix in a mixing glass with ice and add the Van Houten Ground Gold Chocolate ganache. Stir.
  4. Put into a nitro siphon with a CO2 charger.
  5. Serve on ice.
